The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind. While we strive to provide accurate attendance and timetable data, the developer is not responsible for any inaccuracies or discrepancies compared to the official college portal.

3. Limitations of Liability

In no event shall the developer (Neuro Dev Studio) be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use this application, including but not limited to academic issues resulting from data discrepancies.

4. Proper Use

Users are expected to use the app responsibly. Any attempt to reverse engineer, exploit bugs, or use the app for unauthorized access to college systems is strictly prohibited.

5. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the app after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
